Nightshifter is a bold Italian-style blend — full-bodied, low-acid, and unapologetically strong. Deep dark chocolate and toasted caramel up front, roasted nuts underneath, and a thread of smoke on the way out. Heavy enough to stand up to cream, smooth enough to drink black at 3 a.m., and forgiving enough to survive an hour forgotten on the warmer.
